SUPPORT DESCRIPTIONS

Remote Technical Support:
Includes identifying and logging support requests, then diagnosing and troubleshooting the problem with the customer remotely via telephone, email, facsimile, and/or direct dial-in (where available) until the issue is resolved.

New Product Information:
DVTech Systems will notify customers of new products that may enhance the current system or provide future solutions. Software upgrades/updates are not included.

Software Updates & Upgrades:
DVTech Systems will make existing software updates including software patches and service packs available upon customer request. Software releases that include new feature content are not included in this option.
